The wellbeing check is always on. Nobody can switch it off. It pairs a yes/no read with a risk score, so a bad day, real intent and immediate danger each get handled differently.
Hyperbole and jokes
Dramatic game trash talk (the kind everyone says after losing a close match) gets filtered when the hyperbole read is confident and the risk is low. A real statement about feelings or plans doesn't get brushed off because someone added jk, though.
What members see
Support comes through private DMs and your optional support channel, never a public callout. Mods get paged only when the risk read points to immediate danger.
Not a replacement for crisis services
Sift flags risk to your team. It doesn't replace hotlines or professional care. Set up a support channel in /setup so a real person can step in.
