Audit hardening and reliability

  • FIXWildcard blocklist phrases can no longer freeze the bot on long messages.
  • FIXEdited messages still count toward flood limits, so one person cannot burn through the whole month's free AI checks by editing the same message over and over.
  • BETTERWhen the free AI cap is hit, messages that might involve child safety or self-harm still get a small monthly safety reserve (300 checks). The limit notice explains this.
  • BETTERA second AI read merges with the first instead of replacing it, so a follow-up pass cannot quietly cancel an urgent result.
  • BETTERHyperbolic self-harm wording can get a support DM without paging moderators as an emergency.
  • BETTERInvite links to this server's own invites are allowed; split messages and thread titles are checked more reliably.
  • BETTERBanned words split across two messages are caught; edited messages are re-checked; nickname changes are AI-checked at most once per minute.
  • FIXCase cards and strike points use the hazard that actually decided the action, not just the highest score.
  • FIXOnly the owner or people with Manage Server can change settings or rules; anti-nuke respects a trusted list so other security bots do not trigger it.
  • FIXNetwork bans and kicks only propagate when the owner, someone with Manage Server, or Sift performed the action; a server leaves its network when ownership changes.
  • FIXBan and other destructive case buttons require the right Discord permissions, not just Timeout Members.

Member reports and simpler commands

  • NEW/report lets any member send someone to your mods. Right-click a message > Apps > Report message does the same for one message.
  • NEW/data puts stats, the weekly report and CSV export in one panel. It replaces /stats.
  • BETTER/rules, /network and /cases are single commands that open a panel with buttons, instead of lists of subcommands.
  • BETTER/cases has filters, a look-up-by-id button and the delete-history button in one place. It replaces /case.
  • BETTER/strikes has a reset button, and members can run /warnings to see their own history.
  • BETTERA bolder favicon that stays readable in a browser tab.

Lorem mode and network kicks

  • NEWLorem mode: removed messages can be swapped for lorem ipsum under the member's name, so the chat still makes sense. Off by default.
  • NEWServer networks now share kicks as well as bans, from any linked server. A burst of kicks isn't copied.
  • BETTERCase cards explain in plain words why a message that looked like a joke was or wasn't treated more gently.
  • BETTEROffensive words spelled oddly to slip past filters are removed instantly instead of waiting on review.
  • BETTERCase cards skip near-zero category scores, so the reason is easier to spot.
